We recently did a home appraisal.
The appraisal was performed by TownShip Group Inc(Phone: 813-908-3666) and the appraisal came below our expectations.
We then ordered another appraisal(an additional $400) and it came above our expectation.
Based on this, we will not recommend Township Group for any more referral.
