Total - $1057 + $30 = $1087
I have gone over a little than what I had anticipated but I do know now that I should and could and will keep my spending down to $1000(other than rent and utilities) every month going forward.

Total - $838 + $219 = $1057
The 30 day challenge ends tomorrow and I wanted my expenses to be lower than $1000 but considering I still have one more day to go am confident I'll be a little way off my mark! but not too much...

$125 - Linen and Things(found some items on sale since they are going out of business)
$50 - J.C.Penny(bought a leather jacket)
$44 - Indian Restaurant(hung out with some friends - Used restaurant coupon)

This weekend was hectic, spent time going out to Buffet at an Indian Restaurant called RUCHI and then onto Big Lots to do some shopping...
$20 - Lunch Buffet - $10 each
$190 - Big Lots spending spree
$35 - Gasoline @ 2.57/Gallon
$57 - Grocery shopping
Total = $281 + $302 = $583
I was hoping to keep my spending to below $500 for this month and looks like I need to hunker down a bit more for the next few weeks.

Splurged some money on Amazon using some of the survey money and some of my own!
I needed a clock for the living room and my spouse wanted a clean glass-set. couple of our glasses broke during dish-washing and one or two, I inadvertently dropped them onto the floor!

Spending Report - Day 1
My monthly spending varies between 700 - 1200 dollars every month for everyday living expenses(including bills, entertainment, eating out, travel etc etc)...
Since we are under uncertain times; I want to track how much am spending everyday...yes..everyday from today onwards for a period of 30 days...am going to attempt to record them on here...
Today's spending:
$48 - AAA Membership Renewal : I have the classic membership and have been thinking of upgrading it to AAA Plus but is it worth another $30...Anyone?
$45 - Gas @ 3.16 a gallon
Total - $93
