However, the online ordering process was not very efficient.
After I entered my details, address and credit card, I got the following error:

Our customer service agents are available Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. PT, and Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PT. Holiday hours may vary.
Needless to say, I had to call T-mobile to make sure they didn't charge my card!
