Update - CitiCards

Called Customer Service and they said they can't change the terms. Asked to speak with a Supervisor and she basically told me "we cannot change the terms" and said the decision is in my court and I can either pay up the annual fees or just close my account.

Am leaning towards closing the account esp,. since the Supervisor told me they don't care about the longevity of the account or how reliable the customer has been, its about MONEY.
